Alcatel's moving block system will enable Guangzhou Metro to enjoy the latest signaling technology in the world."
Alcatel China chairman and CEO Dominique de Boisseson said, "We are pleased to be able to work with Guangzhou Metro to improve transport infrastructure for the city's residents. As the world's largest telecom infrastructure provider, Alcatel is leveraging its leadership in communications technologies to provide the best solutions to non-telecom service providers as well. This contract is proof of our increasing partnership with metro operators, and we are committed to working even more closely with them."
